Description

We created Chai, our ultimate blend for creating a sweet & spicy chai tea, yet a bit spicier than our Indian Spice, and with a hint of vanilla. This blend features black tea from India, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and natural cardamom and vanilla flavours. Add some milk and sugar, and you could be in Calcutta awaiting the fresh teas coming down from Assam and Darjeeling. This is the tea to use for your home-made Chai Tea.

 Details: To help you make the delightful Indian beverage of Chai, we created this blend. It is strong and definitely spicy, although we do not add the peppers found in many Indian Chai recipes. Just add the milk and sugar you think is correct. It may also be drunk on its own.
 Dry Leaves: The blend contains Indian Black Tea, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and natural cardamom and vanilla flavours.
 Liquor: The liquor is medium to dark brown.
 Aroma: The spice of nutmeg and cardamom comes through.
 Flavors: Chai tastes of a mixture of strong spices and makes delicious chai tea.
