We created Chai, our ultimate blend for creating a sweet & spicy chai tea, yet a bit spicier than our Indian Spice, and with a hint of vanilla. This blend features black tea from India, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and natural cardamom and vanilla flavours. Add some milk and sugar, and you could be in Calcutta awaiting the fresh teas coming down from Assam and Darjeeling. This is the tea to use for your home-made Chai Tea.
