Description

Sally's Secret is a blend of black and oolong tea, flavoured with the wonderful, natural oil of Italian bergamot and scattered with pink rose petals  throughout. This lovely tea, that became a classic Earl Grey blend, is our celebration of life, love and fine tea. Perfect to enjoy with a friend, in the afternoon, with milk and sugar or on its own.

Sally was our first worker, and thus commanded a position of authority. Unfortunately, she left us many years ago and her colleagues did this blend in her honor of this woman, whose expert blending, steady friendship and her love of all things pink we miss each day. Sally's Secret is for sure one of our favourite Earl Grey tea.

Ingredients : black tea, oolong tea, rose petals, natural oil of bergamot.

 Details: Unfortunately, Sally left us many years ago. She was our first worker, and thus commanded a position of authority. Our employees did this blend in honor of Sally and her love of all things pink. It has become a classic version of Earl Grey.
 Dry Leaves: A mixture of black and brown leaves (from the Formosa Oolong) with pink rose petals scattered throughout.
 Liquor: The liquor is a clear brown, tending toward russet.
 Aroma: The lemony aroma of bergamot from Italy comes through clearly. There are hints of rose.
 Flavors: In the later decades of the British Empire, the citrus flavors became synonymous with Earl Grey Tea. This tea is true to that heritage. It can be enjoyed on its own or with milk and sugar.

 Body: Medium-bodied, this tea is lightened by the addition of oolong tea.
